Book in your dates of absence with the click of a button!
We ask that ALL absences from the studio are booked in with reception at least a week in advance of your child's absence from class. This helps us organise our scheduling and staffing prior to your child's class taking place.
Please submit the form below to inform us of a planned absence as much in advance as possible. All holidays must be booked in one week in advance of the absence and submitted by Wednesday 9pm ready for your invoices to be generated on a Thursday for the week ahead.
When booking in an absence, you will be given the choice of merely informing us of the absence or both informing us and having your session fee deducted. Each student receives four class holidays a year which run from from January to December. It is entirely your choice when you use these.
Our receptionist, Sarah, will respond to your email confirming that these dates of absence have been noted and that payment has been deducted should this have been requested. No messages sent via Facebook will be accepted to book these in. If you have missed the deadline for submitting your holiday then you will be charged for your session as normal.
