Summer School 2025 Registration

Please complete the registration form below to register your child for a place on our 2025 Summer School!

Summer School 2025 will take place over the following two weeks:

Week 1: Monday 4th August - Friday 8th August. 

Week 2: Monday 11th August - Friday 15th August 

The school will run each day from 10am – 3pm, with drops off from 9:45am and pickups no later than 3:15pm. We will be adding an early drop off option from 8.30am new for 2025 for an additional £3.50 per day.  

KLSD Summer School aims to provide affordable and exciting summer activities for children in the Hartlepool area. Previous activities during Summer school have included Yoga, Mocktail Making, Hartlepotz, Nerf Gun Parties, Chocolate Factory visits, Larry’s Lanes and interactive workshops and games at the studios! We try and support local businesses as much as possible and aim to keep our programme diverse and varied. Summer school is open to both boys and girls age 4+, both students and non-students of KLSD (no dance background necessary to attend).

Weekly sign up: 

A weekly pass is £85 per week which includes a Summer School T-Shirt. Sibling discounts are available as follows: £80 per week for second sibling and £75 per week for third sibling and thereafter.

 A deposit of £15 per child - per week is required.

 Daily pass: 

A daily pass is £20 per day 

Please note, some activities have an additional cost for transport or entrance fees. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any form of refund should your child be unable to attend for whatever reason.

Signing up is easy: 

• Complete a registration form (one for each child), found below on this page.
• Bank transfer your deposit upon completing your registration form. 
• Bank transfer the full balance by Thursday 1st May 2025.

Please note that your place is not reserved until we have received your deposit payment and registration form. We do require a deposit of £15 per week upon receiving your registration form. This must be sent over no later than Monday 2nd September 2024 to pre-register your place. Please note that in previous years all places have been allocated just through pre-registration so we do recommend you take advantage of this. Full balance is due no later than Thursday 1st May 2025, if payment has not been made your place(s) will be cancelled as T-Shirts need to be ordered, venue’s, transport and staffing confirmed.
